Valentines

Here it is! All finished. Well, except for the quilting and binding, but those aren't as fun. It's now hanging in the closet with all the other quilts waiting to be quilted.

So, since it is almost October that must mean it is time to start my Valentine's Day quilt. Here is the first block of my Pink Taffy quilt.

This summer

These are the quilts I made for Meghan and Molly's birthdays. Mom and I finished the binding while camping. The girls took them back to college for the fall.

Catching Up

For awhile I'll just be posting old projects and compiling information. This quilt was made in early September late August. I used an old wool bat of Mary Elliot's. I'm always trying to use up her old stuff. This quilt is a perfect throw size and it's nice and warm. I didn't have to buy a single thing to make this quilt. I quilted it on the diagonal about an inch and a half apart.

No more wisdom teeth

Had my wisdom teeth removed on Tuesday. Thought I would be better by Thursday but I was wrong. Now I have time to make this quilt blog. Hope everything goes well.
This quilt was made the weekend before school started. I was avoiding thinking about my 6th year of teaching. Right now it is on the machine being quilted.
Teresa, how do I rotate and crop this thing?
